New
The existing motorway exit for Zeppelinheim has gained an additional lane for traffic arriving from the north and a new entrance for northbound traffic.
Elevated platform with an area of about 15,300 m²: from here travelers have direct access to the departure area with check-in counters and baggage drop-off.
The new multi-storey car park directly opposite Terminal 3 can accommodate 8,500 cars. With the completion of the first construction phase of the parking garage, 2,500 parking spaces will be available from the end of 2021.
The airport’s service roads have been extended to ensure optimal access to the new terminal.
